Our Story

Pluto Partners’ Director Max Bazzucchini is one of life’s born negotiators.

He sold his first business aged just 22 and moved into business development, where he crossed paths with successful dentrepreneur Nick Rolph.

The pair formed a formidable two-man team, purchasing and selling an impressive portfolio of dental clinics and GP surgeries to some of the healthcare’s major players.

Over the years, they formed a close partnership while honing their experience and expertise on what it takes to seal successful deals in healthcare and dental.

And they filled one of the biggest ‘little black books’ of industry decision-makers along the way.

In 2018, the stars aligned for Nick and Max — in the form of clinical insight from Dr Pieter Claassen and additional commercial expertise from William Bowen-Davies — and Pluto Partners was born.

Together, the senior partners have earned a reputation as one of the most effective full-service M&A dealmakers for dental and healthcare businesses.

The four enjoy a close-knit working relationship in which the trust and commitment they find in each other is extended to partners and clients.
