Pluto Partners has agreed on the sale of a trendy dentistry office in London’s St. John’s Wood. Dr. Diana Spencer, a former owner of the Abbey Road Dental Practice in London, qualified at Guys Hospital and has a long history of general practice work both in the UK and abroad. Before purchasing the renowned Abbey Road Dental in St. Johns Wood, she spent nearly twenty years operating a private dental office in Islington.
Dr. Spencer, a former chairman of the London-based Alpha Omega Dental Society, is responsible for setting up and providing post-graduate education for dentists both nationally and internationally.
Regarding the sale, Diana said: “Selling a dental practice is far tougher and more stressful than practising dentistry. Thank goodness Max Bazzucchini and the Pluto Partners team were there to guide me through the rollercoaster ride.
In this field, he is very professional and has an answer to every inquiry and a solution for every problem. Nothing was too much trouble and I was able to contact him at almost any time, even when I interrupted his holidays!
Max was always optimistic, and he kept his promises. After numerous unanticipated and unforeseeable obstacles, the sale finally happened. Pluto Partnerships are highly recommended, Max’s great knowledge and professional and friendly attitude are the core qualities that set him apart from the competition. Seriously, don’t bother going elsewhere.”

Max Bazzucchini said: “We are delighted for Diana. We were honoured when she chose us to represent her during the sale of her beautiful practice and we worked hard to make it happen.
“It was great working with such an experienced and respected clinician within the dental community, she is a lovely lady with a great sense of humour. We would like to congratulate Diana and also wish Dr. Christina Diamanti, the new owner, all the best in the future.
Jonathan Jacobs and his team from Nexa Law handled the legal proceedings on behalf of the seller, and Kate Ford from Rudlings Wakelam handled them on behalf of the buyer. The finance for the purchaser was arranged by Kevin Saunders from Saroma.
