Pluto Partners negotiates the successful sale of highly prestigious Dental Elegance
Dental Elegance have now joined the Dentex group
Dental Elegance offer all general dentistry treatments with a specialised focus on long-term care, follow-up and maintenance alongside cosmetic dentistry and implants. Dental Elegance practitioners Dr. Tif Queshi and Dr. Dan Patel have now joined the Dentex group.
The legal process took less than four months and was managed by Samuel Milne and Aidan Welton from Charles Russell Speechlys and Gemma Mintram and her team from Knights PLC.

Pluto Partners recommended selling to Dentex
After speaking to many prospective buyers, Max Bazzucchini from Pluto Partners brokered the transaction between Dental Elegance and Dentex. He said: “We rapidly identified Dentex as a serious and reliable acquirer and had no issue in recommending them to the selling partners.
