Pluto Partnership negotiates Dental Beauty Partners deal with Kissdental

In a statement issued today (29th March) Pluto Partnership says it has: “Proudly introduced, advised and negotiated on behalf of Dr Kailesh Solanki regarding his exciting new venture with Dental Beauty Partners.”

Dental Beauty Partners becomes majority share in Kissdental

Kissdental holds a unique standing by providing attentive care focused high-end experiential dentistry led by Dr. Solanki’s vision, which now brings a new world to the Dental Beauty Partners portfolio.

Dental Beauty Partners have fulfilled their investment and have become a majority share in Kissdental. Kissdental is a leading luxury dental group based in Manchester, originally founded in 2005 by Dr. Solanki.

A Dental Beauty Partners spokesperson explained: “We are completely aligned in our values and we look forward to supporting the expansion of the Kissdental brand across the UK.”
