Max Bazzucchini

Max completed business studies in native Perugia, Italy, where he purchased, developed and sold his first business aged 22.

Max attends regular ACCA valuation courses to stay abreast of industry developments and undergoes business and sales training to ensure his negotiation skills remain sharpened.

He spent time as a sales manager in the healthcare sector, where he caught the attention of ADP Group’s Nick Rolph and joined the company as head of mergers and acquisitions in 2008. At ADP, Max’s negotiation expertise was the engine behind 132 single-site and group dental practice acquisitions.

Max is also a qualified sports physiotherapist.
