Nick Rolph

Over a 40-year career in operational roles and business development, Nick Rolph has been at the helm of hundreds of successful exit and M&A events.

In 2011, he was instrumental in steering the sale of ADP Holdings — then the UK’s largest NHS group.

He also worked with a startup specialising in the consolidation of regional dental groups before turning his attention to dental business brokerage full time with the formation of Pluto Partners in 2018.
